A list of all the security measures in place would only serve as a list of starting points for a determined hacker so we do not outline all our measures here. We fully realize that if our system is found to be grossly in-secure, we won't be in business for long.

Along the same lines as security (and certainly as dangerous) is risk of data loss due to equipment failure. This is why you spend all that time installing/configuring and maintaining backup devices/volumes on your current system (including swapping and storing backup tapes). Our system is hosted in an extremely secure facility on redundant, enterprise level hardware including periodic backups, RAID storage and generator based backup power. The facility is also "multi-homed" meaning that, in the case of a connection failure to the Internet, an alternate route is automatically chosen.
